Real-Name RegistrationOnce inserted into the mobile device, the SIM will be activated; For eSIM, scan the activation QR code. The validity period of the SIM card service starts from the day it is activated and the service is commenced. The Telecommunications (Registration of SIM Cards) Regulation (“Regulation”) came into effect on 1st September 2021. Pursuant to the Regulation, prepaid SIM cards that can be used in Hong Kong must complete registration in order to activate or continue the use of telecommunications service from 1 March 2022.Register Here

Fair use of dataThe SIM card provides 12GB mobile data service, 5G/4G network. Once your total data usage reach "Fair Usage Level (FUP)" 12GB, the upload/download speed would be reduced and restricted(controlled at 256kbps) and tethering and Peer-to-Peer services would not be available.Requires a mobile phone equipped with VoLTE function.

Data validity period7-Day. The SIM card will be expired on the 7th day at 23:59 Hong Kong time since card activation.

Validity periodThe prepaid card is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. It will be invaild after expiry.
