Service Support
SIM Activation
Please insert the SIM card into mobile phone or tablet. The mobile service will be enabled after mobile phone or tablet detects the mobile network signal. The validity period fo the SIM card service starts from the date of activation and service commencement. Upon successful activation, your mobile phone will receive a confirmation SMS with the SIM card service number and expiry date etc. If you are unable to activate the SIM card, please check the phone setting as below:

How to activate an eSIM?
Scan QR Code

Please confirm your
smartphone is
connecting a network
(WiFi or Mobile Data).

Open the Camera app
and scan your QR code.

When the Cellular Plan
Detected notification
appears, tap it.

Tap Continue and
connect the eSIM.
Manually Input Data
Go to Setting
Tap either Cellular
or Mobile Data
Tap Add Cellular Plan
Tap Enter Details Manually,
at the bottom of your device screen

via the browser of your device

To recharge, please enter 19-digit number
shown on the outer part of the SIM card.
